Responsibilities

• Be responsible for achieving the desired quality level of the manufacturing of custom precision parts and/or components.
• Operate brazing and soldering equipment.
• Compute dimensions, plan layout, and determine method and sequence of operations during the manufacturing process.
• Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications for Stairs & Railings
• Operate manual or semi automatic flame cutting equipment.
• Operate metal shaping machines such as metal straightening and bending machines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.
• Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
• Operate brazing and soldering equipment.
• Be responsible for achieving the desired quality level
• Operate metal shaping machines such as metal straightening and bending machines.
• Solid grasp of spoken English
• Ability to work independently or with light supervision
• Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Manual Dexterity and hand-eye co-ordination
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and handle heavy loads (up to 50lbs)
